The most realistic way of solving this problem is to stop blaming everyone else and start taking responsibility for your own life. Stop making excuses for yourself, quit being lazy and start making goals. If everyone took it upon himself to improve his existence, we'd see real progress. Also, fight the corruption. So much of our money is being stolen instead of being used for education. And with education, people will learn to work and earn more. So the poor will be a better off and will make a better contribution to the economy. How many hundreds of billions pesos are stolen with corruption? Put that money in education and that will help solve poverty.
