How To Have a Painless Delivery

i gave birth 3 months ago in chong hua. 42 weeks ko and still no contractions so i was induced. grabe au ka sakit ang contractions basta induced!!! anyways, after 11 hours of labor, i ended up having a csection because i had stopped dilating and it turned out my baby could not pass through my pelvic bone. sangit cya. dungan mi nanganak sa akong amiga and iyaha kai normal delivery. i thought mas mag lisod ko niya sa recovery but it turns out it was the other way around. honestly, wala jud kaau pain sa recovery murag pinching lang gamay but that's it. i recovered in one week, walay drugs or anything. my friend recovered in 3 weeks. i think depende ra jud sa tao. kay ako, when they removed my catheter and iv, i was already walking around and going to the bathroom with no probs. mas sakit hinoon when i received the bill na almost P150K. hahahay......

ako i gave birth almost six months ago...first timer pud. went into the stages of early labor 11pm pa then nigawas akong baby 12nn of the next day. abi nako way kahumanan ang sakit oi. i kept asking my doctor for anesthesia pero she advised otherwise kay para makafeel ko sa urge to push which is good for the baby. i thought di nako kaya mag-normal delivery because i do not tolerate pain easily plus naa pajud koy heart problem. but the feeling na mugawas na imo baby, wala tanan sakit oi..and this is not due to emotions ha, physically mawa ang sakit. after na kanang mahuman nag tahi and naa naka sa room pero very tolerable na. i got discharged the following day. so kaya ra na nimo. mao bitaw strong ang women kay they can withstand the pains of childbirth.

^^true jud na sissy! hehe sakit bitaw nang induced. murag madoble jud. ma wa bitaw na ang sakit basta mag crowning na. muhatag ang ato lawas ug iya "anesthesia" hehe sad au wa ko ka feel ana kay nag epidural man ko, cge lang basin sunod naa naku guts na wala anesthesia. hehe kaya ra na ninyo..

^^halu! no sissy, cebu maternity hosp. raku.. naa man guro daku na hospital dha noh? pag nquire daan ug naa ba sila ana na service, or ask ur Ob... they might help u with ur concern.

sa pain tolerance man pud na sya sis. pero anad man ta ku ug bunal pagkabata hehe pero nagpalaban jud ko epdural pagpanganak. sakit man gud ug e induce. pero ug normal labor ra, dili man guro kaau.

ug akoy pangutan-on, mag epidural gihapon ko sunod. hehe lahi ra jud. may nalang naay essence.. hehe. ug mas better sya sa CS. at least niagi imu baby ug vaginal squeeze.. dili sya dali magka respi dcss.

hmm. not totally mn painless but u can make it faster kung mag cge ka exercise, i was doing the same thing. i dont experience a lot of pain jud. dali ra kau ko nanganak. im walking mn jud sa amo subdivision every morning and aftern00n. everyday. hehehe. mas sayon manganak.

i don't think there is such thing as painless labor...pray nalang na makaya ra ang sakit nimo...ako bitaw hilak gud ko sa kasakit but I made it through normal delivery of almost 9 lbs baby girl...tahi to the max lang....

my experience sis.. kun CS ka painless inig kuha sa baby sa imong tiyan tungod kay naay anesthesia pero inigkawala pud sa anesthesia anha na nimo ma feel ang kasakit sa samad na daku..
