i tried AWOL, i still received may last pay with 13month pa!
basta mag paclear lng ka after ka giterminate, para mkareceive ka..
okey raman ngita ug work, yaw lng butang as reference...
ako i was able to find a job and if sa call center ka even if nag AWOL, other call centers will still hire you because of your experience...

on my previous company, one of the tl's said that he had an agent that was terminated because of NCNS/AWOL & got higher last pay compared to the one that exited gracefully from the company. considering pa jud nga mas longer ang stay sa ni resign nga agent compared atong na terminate. d pa jud to regular ang na terminate whereas ang ni resign na regular na to cya sa company.

i don't know the exact numbers though. giingnan lang ko ato nga tl.

@madredrive - yep tinuod, as a matter of fact, i just receive my last pay...

base sad sa stories from my friends who tried Awol or was terminated mas dko jud ang mareceive sa gi terminate... it has something to do with the termination, i think company has to pay you more since they need to remove you from the company compare to the one nga voluntarily nihawa... mau na ila ingon.
