PC Express won't replace computer item

I just came back from PC Express and I talked to the Branch Manager and asked him that is it my fault if the regulator was overloaded? that I only put one PC on that regulator and it's a 1,000 watts AVR how come my load was the reason for the overload. I told him na i want a replacement not a technical report from your supplier, I don't care about technical report coz they can make it anytime to have an alibi not to replace the item. He told me that he want me to fax a detailed specifications of the PC that connected to the AVR. Hope after I will fax the specifications tomorrow they will replace the unit.

ang verdict ky gi dala sa manila then ga wait ko 1 month then na-ilisdan dyon ug brandnew..

nganu ma abut man dyud kasagaran 1 month bro.. wala d ay sila ka pareha ana nga stocks? kung naa nganu d ay ug ilisan dayun nila ora mismo.. nya sila nalay ma problima ug follow up kung asa na nila gikuha nga supplier..

kung mo overload ang avr, i think the fuse will give first before everything else.

i think the fuse is a fail-safe option... if it goes overloaded, the fuse will blow and it'll stop working to prevent further damage to the unit...but if that's the case, i think defective jud na xa..dapat ilisdan.
