actually, to tell you the truth the dogs at the pound are really the ones you find na mga askal, but there are times na they also catch dogs even those that have dog tags on them and pure breed (like the one I saw na German Shepherd na pure breed gyud ila gyud gipatay , luoy kaayo). Dili na sila mamili ug dog, basta stray, ila na dakpon and after 3 days if wala mu claim nila , ila patyon. The place is NOT pleasant at all. I'm not quite sure if pwede ka ka adopt ug dog, i think it's more of like "saving" a dog. But be careful sad, kay stray lagi sila, so we should consider the temperament of the dog and so as vaccine shots like rabies and parvo. Safety first gihapon ato huna hunaon.

when my dog was lost like you i didnt lost hope and seek the help of St. Anthony...after pila ka days nakit an nako. about adopting dogs sa dog pound, you can by just paying PHP250 charge nila para ma inject nila ug anti rabies...mostly mag operation sila weekends, monday-tuesday..pwede lukat sa iro if dili malukat sa friday nila patyon. sad but true.
