i had a friend once who works on a certain call center and he told me that working on a call center is stressful but he also said that there's another way to keep the stress off. everytime when he answers a call, he thinks of this motto and up to now he's still saying this to his friends.

"THERE'S NO STUPID QUESTIONS, JUST STUPID PEOPLE."

he got this from a TV show and he realized that people working in a call center like him are helping a bunch of retards to understand things that are new to them especially the tech stuff. i know the motto is plain but think about it............. it's cool.

good thinking but this statement is already an underrated cliche among callcenter peeps though.

we could never say anything about it unless where there already...

based on observations, lot of fresh grads really want to work at call centers attracted by the very competitive salary.. Well basically I was once attracted to it but since HR thought that I am not qualified for such so it ended my will to experience being an agent...

its just that some of the call center people are so proud and I know some of them, and I am not the one who noticed this attitude, they are acting as if they are the best people to speak English and could communicate well... I was in this call center site once for a final interview and I was so amaze about the environment, although the first time I was there for exams and initial interview, I find it very cool, professional and class, but the next time I gone there... wow, people are snub and proud, very proud I am not referring to all call center against coz I got lots of friends whose in there but they are not like those people who are very arrogant as if they are highly knowledgeable compared to others.

I know don’t know if some of you have noticed this but most of my friends even those working in some call centers, these are the same observations that they have noticed.

Bitaw... i agree with wat u said... being in a call center helps us feed our families, especially me, myself and I...Â*

And in fact, lisod jud kita ka ug in line nimo nga trabaho nya satisfactory (or great) ang compensation... swerte lang jud sa kato mga tawhana...Â* very swerte...Â*

Wats important is u enjoy ur job, whether financially, spiritually, emotionally (or sexually) happy..Â*

Pero sometimes, I see some call center employees are so extravagant and spend money like ders no tomorrow... Â* sayang lang, f dey have salaries of 20 to 40 thou per month, in a matter of a year f dey save money dey cud buy der own house and lot, or lot alone... instead of spending it in cofee shops, discos or island hopping in palawan or boracay... etc...Â*

    nyahahahah very funny movie...

this holds true for indian reps and experienced it first hand..

a lot of hocus things going on & i dont knw why dey still have a lot of clients...

maybe becoz it's just very cheap having a contact center in India..

im not saying dat we're 100% clean but the QA's here are very strict in monitoring calls

and insure quality service over quantity of calls....
