not necessarily nga overnight jud kay you also have to think of the security risks.. i mean safety sa mga katawhan... maybe shifting lang up to.. say 10pm, just like the malls... para kanang 8-5 workers.. maka process ghapon.

the government is not sleeping, only some of the employees. And these employees are human who has families, and needs rest? Police, firemen, public hospitals, is a part of the government and they offer services 24/7?
