				I don't eat rice. Here's my daily practice of eating:
1. Pizza
2. Honey
3. Milk
4. Coke
5. Spaghetti
6. Barbecue
7. Fruit salad
8. some nice veggies (i am choosy)

Wheat bread. Pero eating rice is still okay as long as kontrolado lang. Don't force yourself to eat kamote, kay sometimes, makasawa na..

Lettuce and green tomatoes are okay. Pero ayaw lang kanunayi ang green tomatoes. Because of its acid content, maka daot na sa teeth. You still need to eat carbo's.

				why do people avoid rice when they are on a "diet"? are you a filipino? if you are then you may be able to stop eating rice for a while but you will start eating it again eventually coz eating rice is a big part of our culture. just like how the western culture eats potatoes and bread. you will eventually crave for it. instead of totally avoiding it, why don't you eat it in lesser amount? in dieting its not just what you eat, it's also how much you eat.Originally Posted by windsong
