its normal for the casing of a CPU to have slight grounds but if you say that the voltmeter really kicked out, then its dangerous because this current may go back and damaged your system specially the parts of the PCBs of your hardwares, somewhat like shorted circuit. i remember once last year that the capacitors of one mobo here bulged out, and i find out that there is a quite heavy current/ground coming out from the casing of the cpu which i didnt notice right away. wala dyud nako mabantayi to dayon mao na guba dyud ang mobo =( i should have grounded it to save, or seek the cause of the quite heavy current coming out, but i failed to know it before it took off.Originally Posted by friedrich

pero ma imune ra ka ana inig ka dugay. hehehe. suwayi sa kuno external imo PSU.. kung naay difference.. palit nya ug rubber band kanang baga.. nya make sure dili sya mu igo sa casing bag taod balik.
