i don't want to reiterate tha AKP is way ayo in general but the thing is a lot of Skeptrons are involved in a lot of crimes that they did individually. as i have said TGP has our own share of wayward brods but the thing is, it is not as sensational & well celebrated compared to the crimes committed by AKP members. I don't know why but maybe we are just lucky or perhaps it has something to do with being lesser in number so "relatively" more screened members, therefore lesser GAGO brods.

TGP has only a little under 2,000 members in the entire province of cebu while Buscaino claimed that AKP has around 7-8 thousand members. i mean organizationally & with lesser machinery & structure, how can this number of people be monitored effectively? if you are going to ask me, this is AKP's biggest problem to date. there is no use doing humanitarian work or anything good without cleaning your organization first, internally.

for example, Aquila Legis of Ateneo which my younger bro is a member BTW is known for quality brods because of the code their fraternity instills in them. so even individually, wala kaayo sila'y amaw na brods. though i admit TGP is not as elite or as exclusive as Aquila Legis but we still have reason to believe that our tenets & codes are engraved in every Triskelion. even with the younger triskelion generation but to be honest with you, i don't see that in younger Skeptrons probably because of mass recruitment? you can insist that TGP also have some laxity in screening, recruitment, orientation & initiation but we did not balloon to AKP's numbers despite being way ahead in presence here in Cebu. what does that tell you?

& to the tonison lee issue, i really don't personally know this person but from what i have heard from almost EVERYBODY that knows him, wa kuno ni siya'y ayo. hambugero, kusog mangita ug gubot pero talawan di'ay to, gasalig lang daw sa kadak-on ug ka datu. these are the comments which i got from people that knows him from high school, college, friends in sports, common acquaintances & by reputation. he almost succeeded in molesting and almost raping a cousin of our brod's wife. my brod's dad is a very influential lawyer here in cebu and so is the family of the would have been victim. wala gyu'y gipili ang buang! he was already literally looking at death face to face at that time and the husband of the victim's cousin almost pulled the trigger but did not. Not because he was scared of tonison or AKP but because something in him was still christian. only time will tell when he will have his day, not necessarily from TGP but from all the people that he did wrong.

now if he was elected president of your council doesn't that pose a big question WHY & assess the mentality of majority of your members that voted for this kind of person?!

This is my message to my Skeptron friends here in Istorya.

1] Clean your fraternity & do not recruit OSY's anymore. Kanang media, wala na ta'y mabuhat ana. That is a given already. The best thing that you can do is not to give them a slightest reason to put you in the paper. You cannot just say that a Skeptron did a crime individually coz dawit gyud ang tibuok fraternity ana.

-Just like if our brod commits bad acts, we do not just say he did that individually but the entire fraternity accepts what he did be it bad or good. Again, diri ko maluoy ni Buscaino.



2] If a Triskelion did your brod wrong, then go after that particular person. You have no right to take vengeance on the innocent or the civilians.

-Again, we also have a fair share of this but you cannot discount the fact na mas daghan gyud ang nabirahan sa AKP nga mga wala'y sala asta mga civilian apilon ug biktima & i'm not talking just incidental nga na angin ang civilian but gi tuyo gyud kay abi member siya sa AKP.



3] Do not condone or encourage brods that always want to find trouble with your so called rival frat just for nothing. Probably that person is mentally-ill or or has a lot of family or domestic problems and just wants to bring it out on TGP members.

-We also have brods who are like this but we are lesser in numbers so dili kaayo mi na problema ug hipos ani nila but we will definitely do this coz most rifts begin with these types of brods.



4] For the meantime, since the situation is still "hot" tell your members to avoid open and unsecured places where a possbile "hit" is imminent.

-Avoid free concerts, benefit dances in fiestas, loitering at open parks or tambayans. If you should want to party or have a meeting, go to closed, secured however more expensive commercial establishments at least you have a lesser chance of being slaughtered. The lowest of all low is having bugoy or street members watch our for student members outside schools. If this happens or feel that there are members of the rical frat just waiting for student members, call the police for escort. I'm sure the Mayor won't mind.



After a reasonable time period of "ceasefire" is attained, then I personally believe that will be the best time to talk about peace.

I understand ur sentiments , thing is I cant allow someone say something NEGATIVE specially to AKP kung ilang gi basehan kay ilang OPINYON , MEDIA , NADUNGGAN and NABASAHAN lang but they dont have any of the slightest clue what a FRATERNITY and SORORITY is .

As an example , Ive personally known brods who are HITMENS , DRUG USERS , WAR FREAKS etc ..... but they are AKP members for more than 5 years now . They were not like that back when they were NEOPHYTES . SO you want me to screen them again because they went to the wrong road ? Yes we are guiding as elders to a better and successful life but we cant dent them as members unless they are subject to an expuslion due to a grave conduct behavior outside the fraternity . Bottomline wala mi nagpadaghan , astonishingly they are the one who embraced us . The last time we had a mass recruitment was about 3 years ago in USC TC n MAIN . We only screen potential members from their AGE and PHYSICAL CAPABLITIES . What is the point of recruiting a good freshman student and turn violent a year later ?? Though we are aware of the risk it brings , we are at service of also guiding the youth ...... naay mo comment ani gyud because you guys only look at the small picture .

LYTSLPR : I salute you for sharing ur ideas on a better relationship on ur frat and mine in the future but reality check , let us all WAKE UP !! It only sounds too good to be true but I think it wont be effective until we all realize that this is only a DEJA VU of the 70's from the UBELT and not only on AKP n TGP but other frats as well . Time will heal these chaos and not actions from members . HOw many peace agrrements we had ? How many brods were instructed and still out there pulling trigger ? More than ONCE right ? All the 4 suggestion you gave were already implemented since the early 90's and you were not even a member yet but did it help ? Yes it did help in part but not the majority . Just a REALITY CHECK .

Brod YONG : The reason why the heat of TGP n AKP boiled under Tonysons term was a COINCIDENCE . He even closely wants to leave the postion because of stress and pressure from the circumstances of of the fratwar that started in 2002 Sinulog but we pursuaded and successfully made him a better leader . You just mentioned the name also of someone who spearheaded the 5 hits on AKP that left also 5 dead on the spot AKP members in less than 2 months due to the only reason of SUYA that AKP is more better and stronger not only in Cebu but in region 7 if not the whole Visayas region and the first chartered fraternity in history of Cebu who joined the Sinulog celebration in floats and puppets .

Not to open old wounds as what LYTSLPR said before , we will keep it like that and my only comment is ..... kung unsa ni karon .... that is the fruit of the labor 3 years ago in respect to our 5 fallen comrades killed just because of an executive order .... why would I say respect ?
