sa mga current employees, i have a question:

nka post sa mynimo.com nga naa dayshift account nya naa sad non-voice account... naa sad nakabutang nga no selling, simple scripts.... Unsa ni katinuod

Judging by the comments posted on this page man gud, it seems like purely sales ang accounts, at least from what I understand... i'm not trying to question the company's advertising strategy pero as a job hunter i want to know, at least, the kind of company or account nga ako applyan... hopefully naa mga current Vector employees nga makatubag sa ako question...

guess they call that no selling coz wa'y ma-involve nga money within the call, it's like transferring the customer to the other party. each successful transfer is considered 1 sale. naa gihapon ni kota2x ug uban pa. they're trying to open new accounts- the non-voice, etc

simple script kay verbatim man krn. lol verbatim script is a disadvantage for others nga ganahan manghalin (katong dili musunod sa script) kay pull down pud ilang QA. if you're good in hard selling, no doubt you can make more sales in vector.

idk if they still have part time. they accept under-grads. as of the moment no tech account, they are more on sales account. not really hard selling but u need to hit the quota or pass ur bsc.

if new account nila, mura ra nag 'gi-experimentan' kng mu click or not. hehe so don't expect a lot. regarding anang dayshift, di ko sure ana kay sales ni cla. so naay specific time and days when to call sa imong customer. unless na lng kung naay aussie accounts, pero wala man, US-based man ni cla. you can try to apply there.

gae ko tips ninyo beh for final int ba, if the interviewer would ask pila imu expected salary, unsay pinaka safe nga answer? hehe..lainan mn gd ko maghisgot ug numbers then wala pa gani sure if dawat. lol

as much as possible, you should know pila ilang offer ana nga account so you can have a range for your answer (eg. ilang offer for basic pay is 13k. safest answer would be 12k-14k basic or 16k-17k basic plus allowance ). kaya ra na nimu final interview!
