EXACTLY! Perfect example is Fat Clavel. It's not only about being not guilty, there are political tactics behind because an accusation as controversial, sensitive and crucial as this certainly have a follow up question/accusation that would definitely incriminate the President legally or by propaganda WHATEVER her answer maybe.

A Perfect example is what happend to Clinton. They scandalized his relationship with Monica and since it was consensual ***, he had the option to deny it. Personally, I think he had to deny it otherwise risk a morality issue attack. But he denied it UNDER OATH so his morality was not attacked because the American people generally forgave him but he was integrity and credibility was compromised because he lied and he was president.

See the tactic there? I believe that is what GMA is avoiding. That is why they are taking their time. Our countrymen should be patient because she indeed said that she will issue a statement regarding this controversies in due time.

It is only the opposition who scandalized this, cannot wait, stirring confusion and creating chaos because they really want her to step down NOT BECAUSE OF THE TRUTH but we all know what.

why always put the blame on arroyo? the opposition started this string of accusations and yet it seems that you want arroyo to fix up the opposition's mess.

the opposition is doing everything in their might to gain power as to quench their thirst for personal interest at the risk of the whole nation.

Clinton merely screwed the American people by lying about screwing his intern, Ms Arroyo has screwed the Filipino people by lying about screwing their vote. You can always question the sanity of a nation that wants to oust its president because he has been unfaithful to his marriage vows, but you may never question the sanity of a nation that wants to oust a President who has been unfaithful to her vows as a citizen.
