    hehe.. mao diay. di gyud na mada brad og usa ra ka kamot maka alsa.. lisod gyud na basta bali. bisan naay smith delikado gihapon mas maayo kung naa kay assistant mas maayo. ako kay naa nis tendon. mag balik-balik kung ma bikil especially kung bug-at nga isolation.. asa man imo link ana about protien kay mubasa ko.. sige raba kog kaon og mani..

    pero ang study is sa mga tigulang na hehehe still ang ingon sa research basta kuno daghan protein sa blood, unexplainably mugamit ang body ug daghan na calcium then maxrete sa body. mao guro naPiang ko hewhewhew. just google it @goryo13 bone loss protein mao na mga tags

    if that's true then... ambot.. if mag whey protein mo it's a derivative from milk.. ambot basin grabe pud ang pag ka refine ana.. lol... anyways.. it dosen't hurt to add milk in the diet.. unless you have lacto... for losing obviously it's the skimmed 1% fat.. for gainers it's the full cream milk.. they provide calcium, protein, carbs, fats.. ect.. ...

    I'm 5'7... I weigh 210 lbs... I used to be 240 but then I started working out and jogging at abellana everyday(4am in the morning)...

    Maximums?
    i can do 200lbs benchpress on my heavy day... and on my other chest day I only go for 120-100-80 lbs double drop sets..
    i can do 190 lbs half quats on heavy day... normally at 120-140...
    i can do 170 lbs on deadlifts....
    the rest of my days and my other excercises I go for double drop sets with X reps...
