base sa family code...void ilang marriage from the start jud.... wala man sila marriage license... mao mani ang usa sa formal requisite.....naay exception nuon aning marriage license....pwede ra walay marriage license if nag-live in na for at least five years....and to avail of this exemption, kinahanglan magpahimo mo ug Affidavit....to attest nga nagpuyo namo together for at least five years......
