other than Rukia luckily beating Arroniro, Bleach has done a good job with matching up characters actually.

i'm praying that kisuke turns out to be the final villain...or everything that has happened since the arrancar arc turns out to be aizen's shikai/bankai--that would be a wicked way to end things

pretty meh chapter.
biggest problem in this arc is there's a lot of filler villains. villains who just pop up out of nowhere to fight then get taken out in that same fight. like a "monster of the week" sort of deal. and the villains that were introduced in the first invasion, that were supposed to carry this middle arc, are all dead lol. Commissioner Gordon, who took out Shunsui's eye, got off paneled.
