Yachiru was Kenpachi's Zanpakutou all along. all that was left was her uniform. that or she's running around naked somewhere.

I never come of that thought since yachiru got her own zanpakotou. And since zaraki was able to pull a shikai supposedly nagkatalk na sila sa iyang zanpakotou while having yachiru as a shinigami?
