    dli sd ko ana vegetarian dli sd ka mo enjoy. I just eat minimal lng. Limit lng og kaon. Naa man koy g hatag sa akoa unsay dapat kanon og pla ra ka kilocalories needed nko sa ako lawas. Pero I have cheat day sd kanang Sunday hehehe!!!

    wala nko Cebu rn, Im here in Cagayan de Oro. .. dri ko cdo ga workout. Nindot dri kay dli kaayo dghan client mg gym unlike dra Cebu na crowded maghulat pka inig homan sa usa time consuming kaayo mawala imo momentum hehehe!!

    brad onins, na unsa diay imo kamot?

    ask lang ko kay naa man pud koy injury sa ako right wrist gud. musakit especially kung mag isolation ko (tricep/bicep). pwede sad ka mu train sa imong legs like squats og sa imo calves

    bro na bali man ako kamot sa liga diri istorya.net basketball league operahan unta last monday pero niarang arang naman sya wala na lang. naa ra ko sa balay minigym hehe so wala ko smith machine ba tawag ana? kanang nakabutang na daan and weights para mgsquat, kay dman jud ko kaalsa kay as in bali jud ang bukog. gaLeg extensions and Leg curls lang ko.

    Naa ko nabasahan diay ba and SOBRA PROTEIN will lead to bone loss. Research na ninyo mga bros kay kita grabe raba ta ug protein intake.
