Not all call center agents are like that....Let's not generalize a certain person who belongs to that kind of job it's just like saying:
Rachel is from USC
Rachel is pretty....
Therefore all USC students are pretty....

Now regarding with those call center employes who are so sosyalera and feeling kaayo, taas na sila og paglantaw sa ilang kaugalingon...they feel na ma impress ang usa ka tawo nila...status quo man gud ni...But let them be, it's not your loss na mura na hinuon silag kataw-anan. But so far sa akong experience as a call center agent, dili man OA,sosyalera, and feeling na kaayo akong mga ka team..hehe,in fact they are fun to be with.
And depende man pud na sa tawo gud, usahay ma insecure sila mao na mo dautan nila ang usa ka tawo but I'm not referring to you TS because in your case siguro, sobraan na to na tawo sa iyang pride...
And to all call center agents out there, may these thread serve as a good one to share our views about people =)
