unsa man pinaka healthy ani? m interested 2 learn for health/fitness purposes. by d way, i have no experience of anykind of martl art. planned to learn kickboxing on my own so i downloaded a video instruction of it but i realy wud rather learn it or any other form of art from a cebuano teacher. i stay near banilad town center, any near schools of kickboxing or other martial arts near here?

with outmost certainty, its not with what style the person is using in the field of saving ones life but how did he use it in terms of survival. kung fu or whatever as long as he can survive in the streets. but if you want my oppinion of what martial arts is useful........i say the most practical and scientific is....weng chun.
