    if u skip meals, ur body gets stressed then produces cortisol (stress hormone) which promotes weight gain. it's a good idea to eat every 3-4 hours but not in huge amounts.

    lets just say not eating as source of getting excess fat is impractical.
    mao bitaw daghan na nambok kay ni sobra ang kaon, heheheheh
    true pud na nga ang fat source jud na og energy, remember chocolates, and carbohydrates.
    og dili na nimo i use mahimo jud na fat.
    daghan factor ngano manambok ang idividual,
    pero naka nindot daghan pud paagi unsaon pag wala sa extra fat.
    ang problema lang og sakto ba imo pamaagi, basi sa imo pamaagi you are doing more damage on your
    body than good, and not eating is dong more damage sa imo body! :mrgreen:

    six pack.....it takes discipline ,,,, if you h ave a big tummy,,,, u need to go on a diet & drop your weight at the same time do alot of cardio vascular workout like jogging thats the only way to to burn the fats throughout your body,,,, our body gets energy from the food we eat & the fats that we store in our body ,,,,so work = energy = fat loss.... thats the basic formula,,,,, then for shaping ,,,,while going on a diet & cardiovascular workouts,,,also do alot of pure solid abdominal sit-ups ,,crunches,, then later ,,,carry a plate of weights while doing sit ups,, do them everyday!

    not just regular curl ups though...

    scientific studies have shown that bicycle crunches are 2.5 times more effective than regular curl-ups or crunches. meaning if you do 50 reps with bicycle crunches, it should be equivalent to 125 reps with normal crunches. ayos, huh?
