sometimes ang maka cause anang pimples kay hormonal imbalance... maski pag unsaon ninyo ug tambal inyo nawong kun dli ninyo na ma treat ang imbalance hormones mag sige gyud nag balik2x. Common raba ng zinc deficiency maong magka acne ang tao. try ninyo search sa net regarding zinc for acne....
