Scale of purchase wouldn't even account for it.... you think buying large volumes will give you a huge discount

2-3% at best thats all you get... 5% thats fine with me....
how did I reach 2 pesos per liter for transport.... look at the price in Manila(Shell, Petron, Caltex) compare it with Cebu (Shell, Petron, Caltex)... the difference is 1 pesos only... so tranporting fuel will add 1-2 pesos per liter... I am in fact being generous... while you can't give STRAIGHT Explanations...
