Well deserved jud ning HOF nomination niya.. First college coach to win national titles with 2 different schools (other was with Kentucky in 1996).

In last 9 days, Rick Pitino has received a $2.7M retention bonus, a $175K Final Four Bonus and a $150K championship bonus.

He's great college coach. Sadly, wala lang madala iya charisma when he was coaching back in Boston (1997-2001), where it was a lottery team back then. For the lols, kanang surprise reaction nya on sa confetti explosion na basi birahan siya sa mga some Celtics fans not bringing the team to playoff contention man lang. But that time C's management/owner was sucked. I congratulate him on his college career success as a Celtic fan.

Kanang foul against Burke, wa nalang ko ni-yawyaw coz all game long consistent nagkayamukat ang refs, murag mas na-kulbaan pa sila kaysa sa players.. Even the TV analysts were baffled with some of the calls/non-calls.

But I don't think the refs' incompetence decided the outcome.. It was anybody's ball game til the last second! I'm just happy nga nipakita ug ingon ani ang Wolverines in the tourney!..

^^ Paspas kaayo ang tempo sa offense sa Michigan gud whereas ang sa Cards kay steady and calm offense. Diri lang gipatay mo sa hustle points sa Cards especially in the paint. Pero well deserved fight back lead by Burke to brought up his team to life. Nahutdan lang jud ug time. Kadtong gamay nalang seconds ba, wala na'y timeout ang Wolves? Daghan kaayo usik atong time before they decided to take a foul for clock management comeback.

2nd half was a battle of no. 3s! but siva got the last laugh... oh boy, he's lightning quick! demolishes defense in a split second.. and he can dunk... he got an alley-oop pass from hancock.. hehehe

luoy kaayo si burke.. murag wade, sige lag ka-hagba sa floor kada-lusot niya! but he's a tough kid.. . and very promising..

pero match-up wise, pilde jud ang wolverines... hustler kaayo si behanan.. daghan kaayog offensive rebounds.. plus outside shootings of smith and hancock are superb... and who will forget the ala-kareem hook shot of dieng?

ALL in all, it was a great game. May gani wala seriously na-injured. Daghan plays nga maka-ingon ka nga "wan-a, bali na", but then these kids stood up and fought back.

i hope to see a Siva vs Burke NBA game someday..
