It's a big NO NO dude. Most employers in the middle east will VERIFY your COE based on your resume if it's legit or not. If they found out that it's fake then you're in trouble. Even you're lucky, your competency skills are still monitored LOL .You'll be banned from all middle east countries and revoke your license. Don't be desperate enough. Gain experience as you can. Think about it.

LOL Middle East countries are now getting strict in hiring pinoy nurses. As what I've said, even you're lucky with the application, still your real EXPERIENCE can't hide from those preceptors. Some monitored and verified through their dataflow. They will even scrutinize to see if you're really competent. Quite risky, don't wait to be blacklisted/revoked etc.

Note: "Bisan pa konsabo ang agency ug employer, dili intawon mo take risk ang employer mo hire ug incompetent nurses nga walay experience/volunteer experience/dili kamao. Huna hunaa, LIVES sa ilang pasyente ang gihisgutan ani. Kung magickon ninyu ang COE, go ahead. Ayaw lang pahalata nga dili mo kamao LOL pabutang2x ug 2-4 years experience unya sa tinuod volunteer ra diay samut kung mag operate ug mga equipments, instruments, infusion pumps etc. "

Dude, nowadays volunteer experience is NOT credited in working abroad unlike those past years. As a volunteer/trainee, you will not get paid for your work. Most hospitals today issue certificate with a nurse volunteer experience NOT as STAFF NURSE after months of your training. Unless if you will be absorb due to some circumstances (e.g. retirement of baby boomers/next in line/staff nurses leaving for abroad). It will take several years to be absorb/promote as a staff nurse, so sacrifice and be patient. Gain much experience as you can. It's a process of manpooling due to oversaturated nurse trainees.

Most foreign employers require staff nurses with 2 to 3 years paid hospital experience. However. if you wish to apply immigrant visas for skilled workers to such countries like Quebec, Canada, NZ,UK and AUS. Some provinces will require you only 6 months to 1 year hospital experience either volunteer/staff depending on their assessment points. Good luck on your nursing endeavors.

Magkatawa man lng pud ta nimo oi.. Nasobra.an rman imo gipanabi.. Kbaw ka kng mo larga ka like middle east, hatagan ka ana ug 1 month para mg observe.. Yup nurse ko with 5yrs experience as staff nurse and 2yrs experience CI with masters degree in Med Surg. Passer na pud ko NCLEX and IELTS pero expired na.

I really don't want to encourage volunteer nurses mugama ug fake COE para lang makagawas. As what I've said, sacrifice ug volunteer to gain experience para mapromote ug staff. Lahi ra experience sa volunteers samut nga fresh graduate/new nurses compare sa nurse relievers ug staff nurse base sa akong experience. Kana imu gi bold I doubt na igo imu ego, wala lang nimu na gets ako point. If na offend ka, I apologize. I don't brag or tell nga kamao ko tanan. Pasabot nako ana kung nakapass mo ug fake COE didto gawas ayaw pa halata nga volunteer ra diay dapat molihok as competent staff nurse kay supervisan mo ana ug preceptor. Daghan nasangit ana kay dili pa kamao. That's why gi implement na ug concurrent curriculum sa US and now Canada. Tanan girequire na skwela balik didto para ma pass ila standard education. Kung kibaw lang ka sa requirements nga dili dawaton ang volunteer experience didto as stated sa COE. Maningkamot lang ka para ma staff. God Bless.
