    dili ing-ana ka dali mo gawas ang result bro,
    1week is not enough basi ma frustrate lang ka og imo na buhaton.
    3 months jud og gusto ka ma kuha jud nimo ang sakto nga result
    pero kinahanglan apilan jud nimo og diet, kay lisod og exercise ra mas dugay.
    og 1 week ra nag kuha ra ka ana 2lbs. water and fat! :mrgreen:

    sit ups and crunches are the slowest way of achieving a flat tummy but i still do them coz i'm in no hurry hehhe

    d best and leg raises.. it works well for me.. dali ra kaau... hehehe.. sakit lang sa tiyan, bisan muubo or katawa, pwerteng sakita.. hehe

    Jogging, biking, swimming, or any other cardio exercises done constantly.

    fat as energy? i dont think so..how could u have an energy without eating? mao bitaw na nga fat people are tired of doing things because they dont have energy because of the fats they have.
