hm..? well ingon sila eventhough CPA, naa uban company like small company dili mo hatag ug 3500SGD. ang uban nag sweldo lang ug 1800 above and uban pud dako. if nangita ka ug room na w/ CR usually ang price range ana kay 800SGD excluding Utilities. lets say imong utilities kay more or less 50, so that would be around 850 na. imo pang plete, kaon, if mag linya ka sa telepono, so phone bill , internet bill. akong sweldo dili dako pero akong expenses kay 1,000 plus, plus gastador pa kaau ko. dili mahiluna if dili mahurot ug gasto akong kwarta..hehehe..

our company also provides internet service (upstream side). we are doing such thing - monitoring of bandwidth, investigating sudden spike of traffic on certain service/port, port/content filtering and etc. based from experience, i'd say that ISPs here can only track you if they will keep an eye on you.. and again, that's very unlikely due to the number of subscribers here. they may notice traffic on torrents (if they are not blocking the ports, like pacnet) from their NOC, but it's not that easy for them to track you.

bro..it doesnt mean nga kay wala man cla ga monitor they wont monitor nalang gyud...and how sure are you nga they are not ? granting we take your statements, why ang close friend sa akong amigo was fined $5000 and got deported just for downloading "A SPONGE BOB FILM ? and why is it nga ang isa namo ka doctor sa clinic is fined also around $2800 for downloading illegal stuff. It is true indeed nga lisod to ma notice ang spike sa bandwidth, but it also doesnt mean that they are not watching. just my two cents !

    For all :

It doesnt mean nga even cge mo download ug mga illegal stuffs here in singapore and wala gyuy nahitabo nga di maayo , wala nalang gyuy mahitabo.. Be careful lang gud..Wala bitaw mawala kung mag.amping lang ta. Try to take note also nga tapping into other unprotected home wifi networks is considered pud illegal gyud. It was even in the news nga naay nadakpan dapit sa Balestier / Wampoa area kay nag War-driving. Ingat lang gyud ta..

Strike strike raman gud ni usahay ang law, kung matimingan nga kita ma strikan, aw patay gyud.. louy ta ug ang mga nagdepend nato sa atoa way back home..
