I opened my PH bank account sa BPI-New York it's possible. But it's a hassle Lang with them coz u can't get the ATM if wala ka sa pinas. For me, I got the ATM through an SPA na from philippine Embassy (with too much hassle that I don't want to think about it) . I needed the ATM coz u can't open the BPI express online without JAI # nga naa sa ATM. I finally got the AtM after weeks of negotiation. Hahaha. They are careful man sad gud giving away card for my protection sad which I understand. So now that I got BPI, easier for me na to fund COL.

PNB has those ATM daw na u can get right away. Idk really coz I'm using BPI at the moment.
    Try research
Nagtry na kog tanaw sa BPI ug Metrobank websites.. Halos tanan naa ra jud sa CA ug NY.. Isa kay nasa IL.. Lagyu man na tanan oi, haha. We are in sweet home Alabama.. Maka start ko sa application process online sa BPI, but need gihapon muadto personally sa branch nila.. Sa Metrobank, wala man gani koy makitan nga open account link sa ilang website.. Mu prefer ta ko either of those two kay ma link sa COL, if ever mu go jud mi into that..

Medyo OT gamay but I just don't know kung asa ni nga thread nako ibutang. Anyway, this is a very enlightening and inspiring one so diri na lang nako gipost.

I once again had a very great opportunity to meet one of the best mutual fund managers in the Philippines earlier in Mr. Junie Banaag. Mr. Banaag is the fund manager of Philam Asset Management, Inc. (PAMI) and is the one responsible for PAMI's stellar rise in 2012 and 2013. He's also the one behind the strong performance of First Metro Asset Management, Inc. (FAMI) in 2009 until 2011.

I felt so blessed and lucky because despite his very hectic schedule, he still spent a few minutes with me and imparted some very valuable knowledge, especially in the field of stock investing, portfolio management, and a few career tips. His advice was very simple, start small and strive to improve and be the best in your craft.

Mr. Banaag is the fourth fund manager in the Philippines that I have met personally already. I've met FAMI's Gus Cosio, PAMI's Ricky So, and Philam Life president Rex Mendoza (former fund manager). These people are so rich but are some of the humblest that I've met in my life. Daghan kaayo ko ug nakat-onan ani nila. They never hold back if you ask advice or tips from them.

There is a saying "if you want to know the true character of a person, give him power or authority".
I believe these people has been so successful for so long already and I think one of the reasons why they remain so successful is because of their attitude.
Medyo makaintimidate moduol nila at first because these people really mean business and it reflects in their faces, mga serious kaayo but once you approach them, they will not ignore you.
