this is a good move by Richard Buscaino to show the Cebuanos that Akhro officers are indeed, serious in removing the bad eggs in your group...

pait lagi kaayo na bai kay nganong FRATMAN gyud ang ibutang when ALPHA KAPPA RHO had nothing to do with his own interests... though we make it to the point nga makatarong gyud ang among kalihukan... apan dili gyud mi makabuot sa ilang actions in general.

I guess it's lyk saying why there are no CHRISTIAN TERRORISTS when there are MUSLIM TERRORISTS, why not call the Magdalo group as NON COMMUNIST REBELS when the NPAs are branded as COMMUNIST REBELS, media sterotyping and sensationalizing? - yes, and that's the sad part of it. But on the part of TGP & AKP being the most controversial fraternities in Cebu today, ang amo (the general public) lang gipangayo gikan sa duha ka grupo nga unta, kung naa man gani member/s nga ma involve sa krimen, be quick enough to verify his membership, denounce his actions and help the authorities solve the crime. In this way, makahibalo ang tanan nga actions done by erring members are NOT TOLERATED in your group, that you still want to uphold the TRUTH and TRUE MEANING of BROTHERHOOD in the which TGP & AKP are being founded. Yes, it's true that NO ONE can tell when a person's mind would snap but AT LEAST, you can react and do something about it, ryt? Why not create a media/police relations group (i don't know if this already existed) nga maoy kontakon kung naa man gani mainvolve na pod. We know that bad eggs are VERY FEW in your group but they're EFFECTIVE in DRAGGING DOWN the names of TGP & AKP. Would you like that to happen?

let me put it this way, because AKP members being involved in crimes EVERY NOW & THEN, then that's why i said a GOOD NUMBER of them. probably you are aware from the news that there are petty crimes that involves AKP members individually. if you want me to be specific, i could no longer recall the exact incidents because it's HONESTLY too many to remember but it had something to do with theft, snatching, public disturbance, extortion & rape [the recent incident is not the first time.] this is not something that AKP fraternity did but individual actions of a Skeptron. Maybe because of your number, the probability of the members going wayward is high. I do admit that TGP member sometimes do commit some crimes but it rarely happens and the number is not really alarming.

no offense bai, but sometimes when there is trouble people MAY tend to be biased but i personally hear comments like this from people from any age & status, any community & civilians & not fratmen at that, "Sus gubot nasad, mga AKRHO na sad ni ay." bai this is just an observation... i could be wrong & this maybe sweeping. i also heard AKP's name being tagged negatively in PTA meetings of my younger brother, youth organizations & even prayer meetings of my parents. some parents are frat members themselves so they are quite familiar with the frat system but sadly they always tend to consider AKP as a gang rather than a frat. maybe from what they hear from the news & friends. Some are even parents of AKP members themselves.

I don't know if you will agree with me but TGP has very minimal "bad eggs" as far as public perception is concerned. yes we do have an internal committee for media relations in fact i used to head that committee. Mayor Osmena also offered each group to pick 2 police officers of our choice to coordinate with 24 hours a day as a preventive measure or in case "something" comes up and for faster resolution for frat-related violence. TGP picked 2 police officers but AKP outrightly refused this for quite frankly, very vague reasons.

highschool kids from reputable schools such as sacred heart & don bosco also said that proud young skeptrons start brawls at ayala, threaten "rich" kids & some do extort money from them or intimidate them to join AKP against their will coz if not they will no longer be "safe & protected" at the malls.

my source of information is from my young cousins, nephews & my brother's classmates. one AKP at sacred heart who used to be a whimp became a "war freak" after he joined AKP & hit a fellow classmate with a softdrink bottle at the back of his head.

again, these are isolated incidents & are actuations of each Skeptron but what do you need to do if lot of these so called "isolated incidents" caused by individual AKP members happen quite often?!

we at TGP are seriously considering the abolishing of the community-based chapters not because they are troublemakers but to extensively monitor each member because it is really hard to monitor members who are not in school. we are entertaining the idea of recruiting purely students only for close monitoring, better discipline & quality brods. in fact the last time i recalled that there will be no more chapter recruitment but a centralized one. members who entered a chapter & did not undergo the centralized initiation are considered as fakes and will not be included in the Worlwide Triskelion Database & will not be issued a serial number.
