This was the reaction of suspended Mandaue City Mayor Thadeo Ouano to the counter-affidavit of a city engineer who said he was forced to sign dubious cost estimates for street lampposts on orders of Ouano and his daughter-in-law Cheryl Ouano.

Ouano dismissed the claim of engineer Alfredo Sanchez Sr. as “unbelievable,” but said he would not file any counter charges.

“Damage has been done already...the damage they have done to the city, the damage they have done to the province, even the entire country,” Ouano said.

Latest NEWS: RUMBLE In OPAO

Jonkies camp yest. May 1, 2007....had a scheduled pulong2x in their area.....In opao(Where The Ouano's reside)...they then set-up their utilities in a privately owned lot which had a basketball court in waling2x,OPAO area... previous to this , the cortes camp had a pulong2 in the said area...but was only conducted in the lot owners residence....this was because, Ouano asked the lot owner to prohibit cortes to conduct the pulong2 in the basketball court, which the owner agreed only if both parties ... should not use the basketball court for their pulong2x.......but then, as usual with their SML (sa mailad lang principle) jonkies camp set their facilities by late afternoon in the basketball court...SO? the owner of the lot, aproached the setting up team and told them not to conduct their pulong2x in the basketball court but instead in his residence only, where jonas camp, also held theirs............because of this , supporters of jonkie got mad, and like any other day for these cowards, think they could win these situations with the use of pang "hulga" and force....... OH well, they met their match yest. and got the worst of it in their home area.....coz the BRAVE and PRINCIPLED men of mandaue(even in their area) have had enough..........this resulted to a rumble.........

Sos! ka-ulaw........... sa ila pajud kaugalingong lugar bwahaha....DAH!....tuo man gud mo NGILNGIG na kaau mu.....nga wa na mu sukol ninyu........Where in fact u are juz Amazingly disgusting......many more, will stand up against u, Starting with TEAM HONESTY....and the CORTES CAMP.........and many will follow...................

bisan unsa naman lang ilang e title ni Jonkie.. "economic developer" - meaning, maoy tigpadayon / tig develop sa binuhatan sa iyang amahan. corruption, panikas, pangpanlimbong, pangpanlupig. "businessman" - meaning, pila gud ilang porsyento kada transaksyon sa city hall. unsa toy angga sa mga tawo ni Cheryl? si miss "pila man ako"? maayo jud pagka training sa "business". monkey business..

ngano ang mga ouano bright di'ay, labi na to ilang apuhan? bisan si teddy, di kahibaw mo english ug mo storya unya way personality. i bet kini si jonkie igo ra sad ni nakapasar ug college.

our local officials here are not exactly the "learned" types. even tomas, radaza, etc.

Tawon pod ni sila oy! Unsa god wa ka graduate. Jonas shifted to animal science but agriculturist gihapon gawas nimo ana kay agriculture doesnt only cover plants! Unsa na man lang diay tong pag larga ni kanhing mayor boy para sa graduation ni Jonas. Sila man aning mga Ouano and ni press nga agriculture ang gi graduatan ni Jonas. Just shows how little they (ouanos) know.



Di kaha si Jonkie ang bogo? Nahagbong siya sa nursing sa Velez College 1993. Hala go get the records. Wa ka pasar ug nursing maong ga repiratory therapist na lang. Naa baya nursing course sa america. Di siguro kaya ni Junkie!
