b4 our military cud initiate a campaign that is to wipe-out the MILF, dey should clean-up their internal mess of the institution or else the government(w/c is us) are just burning up cash for a campaign that we could not win. Winning a campaign means you accomplish your objective no matter how did you execute it, this is not about how many kills you tally in your sheet.

You have a point. But i'd like also to point out other than war the military can also win this war by being kind also. Yeah, thats how the americans did it. Benevolent assimilation, by giving chocolate.

If you are saying the institution is a mess, well for one the judicial institution is also a mess but judges dont stop disposing cases, the legislative is in a deeper shit than the judiciary but they still come up with a good law or two once in a while and even the executive dept. is also a mess but hey, Kuya Boy looks nice still and Kris Aquino looks better.
