There are a lot of things that can go wrong along the way of marriage. Some of them can be changed, but others cannot. Dili man na tugatuga ang pagpakasal, pero kon wala na jud paagi para masalbar pa ang kaminyoon, divorce should be an option, for the sake of both the husband and wife.

Dili man siguro ka abi naa nay divorce, pataka nalang pud ug pang.divorce ang mga manag.tiayon. Just like other laws, naay mga kinahanglan masunod para ma.allow ang divorce.

Perhaps it is best that we read the proposed bill first...
Now that you mentioned it, I am interested sa drafted proposed bill. I could not find it no matter how I search the net. Pwede mangayo og link? TIA

There is already divorce in the Philippines. It's just known by a different name--annulment. Annulment and divorce are different in principle but they have the same causes and effects in practice. The problem with annulment though is that only the rich can afford it. So why not give the same option to the masses? the option to be free from an irreparable and even harmful relationship. If divorce is against your religious beliefs, well, the state is not gonna force to avail of such an option, but theirs no reason for you to impose your beliefs on others.

    k ra ang divorce

    Ok ra ang divorce

Pero with a very moral and valid reason
kaysa mag pabilin ang couple as "married" lang in papers and just living under one roof pero gubot, disharmonious plus distrust to one another which is emotionally unhealthy, and it may or could lead to something worst. And, esp if naa mga anak ma expose ug unpleasant and less peaceful environment these could also affect their emotional health which could also lead to delinquency. And mas better nalang magbuwag kaysa magkuyog kay in such given case it would do more harm than good to keep their marriage.

It's only the church that disallows it kay immoral daw and against sa matrimonial vows they have sworn in front of "GOD" daw
Pero ang ilang (church) gibuhat ila gihatagan ug lain pangalan or term which is ANNULMENT nga katong nahitabo nga kasal or vows ila i-reverse or himuon nila as wala nahitabo or never took place.
Kaysa legal process of divorce di man maka kwarta ang simbahan mao wa sila mu approve and sa ilahang process ra pwede nga gitawag ug "annulment" nga para nako mura ug namakak sila or nagpakabuta nga wala daw kasal nahitabo basta lang makakwarta sila sa process.
    IMHO lang ha
