naa pa ghpon nang gpost nila sa jobstreet ron nga "data entry associate"?
murag wa pman nila gi-lili ang apps...

if you're good in sales, go for it-people get rich there or get fired when you're not able to meet expectations. production? haha. no thanks.
i jus realized there ain't that many xlibris people here.. most likely bec. they don't have much time browsing online forums when they get home.
one thing i must tell you is that pressure ang work. always naa'y deadlines.. both for customer service reps and especially for sales reps.. but it does not necessarily mean it's bad-pressure, it could be fun-pressure.
to answer your questions:
for entry level positions-- you either go to sales or customer service.
22k ang basic for both. minusan pa na og tax, sss, philhealth. 9k plus nalang imong madawat for every 15th. i think it's always 22k for all night shift positions.
katong mga layout artist, graphic designers, copyeditors, 15k plus ra gani. but they make most money from overtime work. but they have dayshift.
anyway, im a nightshifter and im from sales. all i can tell you is.. if ok ra ninyo mu suway2x og sales..
and not to expect too much despite them telling you that someone earns as much as 300k-500k a month there (which is true)..
then ok ra ninyo na itaktak mo if di ka mu perform or absenot ka.. then i must tell you to push for sales.
hiring pa ba ang sales rn? i don't see it in sunstar na and sa jobstreet. apply unta ko nextweek.

sked for intrview na ds wednesday. unsa ni klase ilaha? panel nterview or 1 on 1 gyd?
kinsa makatabang nko ani..
unsa ang difference sa "Customer Interaction Associate" from "Customer service associate" dnhi sa xlib??
