Huh. I guess this movie has become a comfort movie for those in long distance relationships. My cousin mentioned that she was gonna watch this movie too. She got together with her current boyfriend during the election period and had to go back to Manila during June for work.

Me and my bf are also in a long distance relationship, though it's not really that big of a deal to us since we've been together a long time. I think it's harder on my cousin, whose relationship was just starting out.

Im in a 6year relationship right now and honestly speaking, for the first few years it was really hard to stay together when you are worlds apart. But i believe that through this, your character gets molded. Its really hard to be in this kind of situation but let me say that our love gets stronger everyday. We learn to understand each other. Know our faults and weaknesses, We learned to be honest to each other and our love grows more and more because of that trust that was builtup. im not saying this in an easy way, mind you that your patience, faithfulness and love will be tested and the gap between you and your partner will be unbearable but when love matures will learn to be patient, kind, it does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud, it is not rude, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs, always trusts, always hopes, always protects and always perseveres.

And im happy to say that after this 6year long distance relationship, we will tie the knot next year.
