I think instead of killing the criminals on the spot, they should just arrest them. Although theyll be given authority to arrest the criminals, mura sad ug pulis ba pero dili corrupt ug tambok.
Pero, basin naay uban nga tambok sad, but the point is..as much as possible, they should avoid killing the criminals as best they can. Like America, though they dont call them vigilantes there, they call em Bounty Hunters. They have a special organisation that sends out people to capture criminals, like that Dog the Bounty Hunter Chapman. Although hes not very famous with his fellows, since he has got hsi own programme and they dont.
