Spread the development to the other places para dili magtapok ang mga tao including ang mga transportation nga maoy maka cause og traffic. If sa north of cebu or south naay well developed business area dili na mo anhi sa city ang mga tao para mangita og work. Ang problem sa pinas kay mo focus ra sila og develop sa usa ka lugar. Congested na ta. Naa man tuod development sa ubang lugar pero dugay pud kaayo.

We need to stop worshiping cars and pedestrianize the city. Motorcyclists / cyclists are treated like second-class citizens with inadequate parking areas in inconvenient locations while over-sized 4x4's and diesel belching jeepneys dominate the roads. Walking around Metro Cebu is no easy task and it shouldn't be that way. Visiting the City should be a joy not a chore. If only we had trams or trains or some other clean public transportation system to move commuters & shoppers around safely and conveniently.

nagscan2x ko diri sa mga post. Daghan kaayo nindut nga idea maka tabang jud. Ang pinaka common kay ang pagdisiplina sa mga driver nga mosunod sa law. What if in the future tanang driver disiplinado na, not only the driver but all the people in cebu. Let say in the future 1million ka mga but-ang driver naa sa cebu nag drive og PUJ,taxi,buses. Will it solve the traffic alone? Imagine sa usa ka lugar nagtapok ang mga sakyanan. Take note ha mga will disciplined drivers nana. Walay barombado. Still magtraffic gihapon na..It's like a canal kanang naa sa atoa mo clog jud na ang mga basura if gamay ang agianan. Ang development dili unta mo focus sa usa ka lugar diri sa cebu. Kasagaran sa atoa gud politika ra gipalabi.

I think that's a simple plan but effective if all schools had the budget (most public schools don't even have enough class rooms) .. and with the influx of students every year , budgeting , small roads , so on .... it is a good idea that may not be seen in our life time.

Although I have noticed the Private sector renting out buses , vehicles , but that is only limited to a very few private schools.

A Hammer and Sickle approach , actually there was a point it was discussed , although the jeepney drivers were up in arms , I believe if these drivers were given good paying jobs who knows, drivers range at least in a very big number and i'm sure as part of the proposed move from jeep to bus , a big question that i'm sure will be brought up is , what to do with drivers and tradition.

If one can solve that , hey that could be a light bulb we are waiting for ..

Another part that would need solving in that idea is Change in culture , Jeepney's have been there post WWII from the surplus jeeps present. While we all know we can't congest roads today , how do we change culture of both operators and drivers if this is a road for food on table and users that don't want to either wait for a bus to come or walk to a bus stop.

- clearly define what is meant by the NO STOPPING ANYTIME sign.
- clearly define what is meant by LOADING and UNLOADING.

do you really have to STOP when you LOAD or UNLOAD passengers?
