niingon diay ko nga call center ang SS? and if it's not a call center why raise the English issue? besides have you read SS' ad in the newspaper? kabalo ka unsa mga positions ilang gi-advertise didto? (and a call center, in case you don't know, is a type of BPO. i also work for a BPO company, BTW, but am not a callgirl )

wala sila manguli tungod sa kainit or tungod wala kapasar. in the first place kay wala gani sila mudayon sa initial interview. ang isa kay gahulat pa sa iyang turn.

wala na lang gani nila halos gi-mind ang kainit ug ang pagka-lowtech sa place kay ganahan sila musulay. ila gihuna2x nga basin bag-o pa ang company (7 months?) so aw pa budget for better facilities.

one of them, by the way, applied at SS not because ganahan cya mag-CSR. she resigned from one of the big contact centers because she was tired of taking calls. she applied at SS because she was interested in the content writer position. na-shock lang sila kay they got insider information nga some of the positions being advertised sa newspaper wala pa daw klaro, the content writer position being one of them. there were also some issues regarding benefits.

and ending ang akong amiga kay iya pa gi-refer (wala'y referral fee involved) ang isa ka SS employee didto sa iya previous employer kay bigger ang pay didto ug complete ang benefits

regardless of the capabilities of SS the fact that there was one staff there whose task it was to hire additional manpower was obviously discontented is not a good sign. (also sa imong post pa lang daan aw na ko good vibes about SS )

I have been here, I accompanied my friends during their job search.
wala pa klaro ilang management during the hiring processs.
Hinay kaayo, den dugay sad. Ang sched daw is 10pm den na entertain sila is mga 3am na nabuntagan pa ang uban.
den nag stay mi while ga wait is sa gawas ra den ang uban kay get up kaayo nadaot sa singot hehe.
naabot pa jud mi sa hagdanan sa exit ug linya. It was so funny though.
bag-o pa man sad gud daw, naa pa tingale sila sa transition na process.
Naa gani toy HR na na terminate kay iyang dawaton iya ra daw mga friends.

I guess so... Honestly, dili pud kaau dako. SS is a BPO company that cater to SMEs in USA. So, do the math..

basta ang aq ra jud ikasulti kay d best jud ang support save even though i'm earning smaller compared 2 my job before cz duol ra jud au sa amoa dn wala jud pressure dn wala au trabaho..

siguro nice na xa if datu naka daan or if naa kay lain na source of income... pero dili baka ma bored ana? ang nakabati sad raba sa work na way pressure kay possible ang buhaton sa mga employees kay mag cge lang og tsismis... hopefully dili sad in ana ang situation sa SS...or is it?

Hahahaha.. Grabeh pud ui. Dili pud ing-ana diri ui. Naay pud intawon class ang mga tao diri. SS is my first BPO company .. i havent tried other BPO/call center companies so I really can't compared SS to other company yet.

If you're up to high salary and good benefits, then SS is not the company for you. maugtas lang ka. adto Convergys pangaply. But if you're up to a less stress, less pressure, less work BINGO ana ang SS. This is the only call center or BPO that you'll not feel like in a call center mura rag internet cafe...hhehehe, ang uban dire at home ra kaayo. Summer na ron, kung init sa inyong balay, init pod dire. hehhehe again. Pero promise guys sadya kaayo dire.. asa mo kita ug place nga almost everyweek (everyday pa gani) NEW YEAR!! If you're from a Co Ed school...aw naa sad mi CoEd dire.. hahhaha..kung unsa unsa na sila... secret, walay clue!!!

ok, kidding aside, theres no perfect company but we can find one where we will fit best and be happy or contented. If you dont like it, you can always move out and find other where you will be happier. You have a lot of options and FREEWILL to do that. Just consider your preferences.

What i like here? there's something in here that is an advantage to me and im using it.
