ur best bet would be the ATI 128mb 9550. but playing heavy games, say for example, need for speed most wanted pc, will also depend on ur pc setup, especially ur cpu and memory configuration. my rig is just athlonxp 2200+ and i have an 128mb ATI 9200se but i could play nfsu most wanted at high settings, but without full screen anti-aliasing, but still, game runs quite well.

another good card is the nvidia fx5200, its much cheaper now, probably below 3k.

sa ako inig mag NOS(dnt knw d xact term) ko m blur man...i think sa video settings ra na sa game imo e change, lyk f ur using the min resolutionwla cya rain efect pro f imo e adjust to higher res which i did naa man rain efect...
