The machines actually had a better plan on the first film if you remember. They sent Arnie back in time to kill Sarah Connor before she even became pregnant of John. Of course things didn't quite work out since a resistance fighter was also sent back to stop that from happening.

Sending another machine to kill John at birth would have been a bigger task of finding them first. Sarah at the time already knew bout the danger and kept a low profile while she was pregnant.

This show just keeps getting better and better. I love the connections to the movies! So far I heard it's only going to be 9 episodes, but the premiere was the highest rated prime time premiere ever. 18.1 rating or something. Amazing!

This show is just...okay for me.

I noticed some errors on the movie.

On the 2nd episode, when one of the Terminators, disguised as a substitute teacher, went in John's school to find and kill him, he hid his gun on his thigh. What for? For the metal detectors? Hello! He, or should I say "it", is made of metal. The guards were even alerted when the detectors beeped when Cameron passed by.

And on the 4th episode, when John Connor placed his cellphone or PDA by the box's side, it fell off when the road got bumpy. Sarah and Cameron lost his signal and said "maybe it was damaged". They were of course referring to his cellphone. After that, his mobile was shown to us and it was all messed up! It was like someone shot at it. It only fell off at around 2 feet and it was badly damaged like it was made of glass. What kind of cellphone is that? Everybody would react if they would see that part.

It was a Blackberry. But it's not that easy to break. lol.

That's because he played David Silver in the series Beverly Hills 90210
