Pcs are more for business/gaming. Macs handle large graphic files and high quality fonts better. It is actually designed for designing and targeted towards designers. Not to mention the awesome display Our design college only uses macs. No one can argue with any of our lecturers when it comes to mac vs pc. I had a pc and it gave me nothing but problems. My mac saved me!
I know there are more ppl here who prefer pcs. That's just their preference.
That thing about pcs having more software...well for mac it's quality over quantity.
Ppl say macs are expensive but i just think of it as an investment for my future

Im 99.99% sure that apple ( and dell ) use Samsung panels for their latest display, and we all know what that means..

That alone is a given, specially when you use software that is MAC only.

Yes they are, your paying for the "Apple / Mac " name, just like purchasing a Dell or HP brand PC.

I am by no means anti mac, but some people just give out strange justifications that makes mac better, i know mac is better for "some other things" but we have to separate the preferences from the facts

PC=Choice of Windows, Linux, Solaris other Os's

MAC=Only a few games to get excited about. (Q: Say, what's the "Mac Game of the Year"? A: Who cares?)
PC=Thousands of games

MAC=TWICE the price for HALF the processing power.
PC=Can be configured to fit practically any budget.

MAC=Miniscule upgrades
PC=Easy to upgrade

PC's a winner by all counts to me.

People here really sound like anti-mac. ^_^

MAC -> easier to use, less problems

WinPC -> req knowledge (regarding win) to be problem free, tons of softwares, cheaper

I recommend Macs (usually macbooks) to those who can afford it, don't seek games much, and those who are not too windows literate (non-geek).

I recommend WinPC to those who want the "bang for the buck" hardware, play games, and those who have ample background in windows.

Just choose what you like are what seems fit to you. I think both platforms are good in their own way. ^_^
