2. CR sa LALAke- try to take a look mga bossing (for boys lang ha, ayaw lang suod mga babae)
Kanang mag-urinate ta, wala nay divider- lipay kaau na mga manyakis nga bayot ana. (pagbantay-bantay mo mga bossing kay basin paakon si manoy ) . he.he.he

3. other tenant- so many space ang bakante sa SM northwing- mas daghan pa ang close kesa anang abli.. still same kapoy suroy unya gamay ra ang tindahan . so no option ka balik man gihapon sa daan nga building

always same- pirme ra na silag forcast. sa una ingon sila september i-open ng SM-NW then niabot na lang november

ingon sad sila before, i-start ang renovation anang hotel building tapad sa SM by end of this year for hotel purpose. murag next year na pud na (by the way dile na siya sheraton hotel, they will use another name for that building)

yeah i think murag sofitel ang mo dala ana nga hotel dha sa SM. maybe they are basing there forecst on clients who have already made reservation for some stalls in SM north wing

i c .... last year there was this huhungihong na it was bought by Shangri-la brand na hotel... a business hotel nga dili 5-star... 4 star raman guro na, in the name of Traders hotel....just like Traders hotel in Manila gud... but murag ila raman gi let go... so, sofitel na diay karon....

bitaw sayang man kaayo nga building oi... wa jud na utilize for almost 10 years? if i am not mistaken...
