I believe sa US lang na siya ILLEGAL but not in the PHILIPPINES . ANything can happen here hehehe .
BTW .... to those who said nothing is wrong when asking about PERSONAL QUESTIONS , it is indeed illegal specially in the US for the sole reason of the purpose of your presence there . You are not there to make friends but to become an asset to the company . Stick to the topic and issues why you are there thru reviewing the concern of his or her capabilities of what he or she can do to the company and not what the company can do to them .
" A well regulated militia being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the People to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed. " - 2nd Amendment , Bill of Rights of the United States of America
not applic na dri...
taka2x raman pangutana hr dri...
ubagx lng pud ang applicant!
here's the kicker though, if you won't answer those questions they will put your application under the stack.
hiring and training is expensive, they won't risk that expense to an applicant they relatively know little about regardless if the questions are discriminatory or not.
I would agree with lytslpr...
daghan ani di man pang pilipinas:
2. ingna nga bisdak ka
7. kinsa bay jewish nga pinoy?
9. way national guard na pinas, wa na man gani rotc.
I'm not sure kung sa US, but di man tingali illegal mag ask ng questions like age and marital status diri sa Pilipinas. I mean, these things would be declared in your SSS and BIR form. If you are discriminated against because of these information, lain na to na istorya. But asking them should not be illegal.
para nako dili na magmatter nako.. as long as i am qualified... daug na jud..
These questions are not per se "illegal".
There is no provision in our labor laws which prohibit the employer from asking such questions during an interview.
ok raman guro basta lng gud.. dli lng bastos.. kana mao nay bati..
