aside from the basic pay, if im not mistaken they also have quarterly bonus pay....a score of 3.0 is equivalent to 22% of ur monthly bonus in a quarter, let's say:

TSR 1 - 15T x 22% = 3,300 x 3 = 9,900 - 15% (WITH HOLDING TAX - NOT SURE THOUGH) = 8,415 (NET PAY)

this is per quarter...if u multiply it to 4x then u will be earning probably 33,660 in a year, that's exclusive from ur basic pay & 13th month bonus....this is ONLY for TSR1, u do the math sa other 4 levels.... :mrgreen:
