Pre... Search for Fitness First thread, lots of it in this forum... Get first hand accounts of those people who actually experienced it and not from those people who never did and for some reason try to defend it.
2 Thousand is worth it if they really deliver and there are no lipat-lipat.
It should be a RED FLAG whenever an establishment refuses to receive CASH especially in Cebu wherein we have not yet totally embraced the "plastic".

As much as i wanna make most of my time, i'm planning to do my workout early morning say 6am. By that time of course i can't possibly have breakfast beforehand. Is it OK? Or it's a NO-NO to do workout on an empty stomach?
hmmmm... suggestion nako eat something light nalang as in very light before exercise nimo.. let's say a handful of peanuts, a glass of milk or ect... unsa... basta naai suod GAMAY, gamay lang pud... then exercise then breakfast
its the best time to do work-outs since the body will burn more calories
