    -yaw tukara ang sakit sa baboy.. na kung busog.. MATUG or nap2...
    - drink a lot of water... 3 glasses and a milk... hahaah if way milk.. tubig kow.. bahalag ka ihi2.
    - erelaxed sa imo lawas... yaw katog na kapoy na kaayu ka or overstressed..
    -ug labaw sa tanan: yaw tan aw ug ungo2.. hahahahah basin maka damgo ka ana.. hahha ka suway jud ko ana....

    mora kog tala! hahhahhahha

    Refrain eating lots of carbohydrates prior going to sleep. And drink water also.

    Naay studies nga ang mga countries nga ang staple food kay rice, daghan cases nga nangamatay tungod sa bangungot.

    1 reason ngano dili ta maka lihog kai gi disconnect/disable daw sa ato utok ang connection (movement) padung sa ato lawas kai para daw kung mag dagan ta atong damgo dili pud ta mag dagan sa ato bed
    mao na kung ma kalitan ug mata.. naa usahay mag lisod ta lihok kai ang link wala pa ma connect ug balik

    drink water before you sleep so maka ihi jud ka. it will get rid of getting urom.
