AFAIK, nag conduct na ug forum ang LTO and concerned riders pero wala settle. I believe the organizers are not against the laws per se, but gusto lang na maklaro ang IRR kay diha man gud ang ilang concern. Usa sad sa rason kay naa conflict of interests between sa mga implementing government agencies. So kung sa ilaha pa lang daan kay naay conflict, unsaon nila pag implement ug tarong ang balaod. Ang laws diay ako pasabot kay "no plate no travel" and "JAO 2014".

Suggestion lang pud nako sa organizers kay:

1. Focus the activity on the local aspect only; you don't need to ride against laws which are implemented outside Cebu i.e. Quezon City Plakavest and Mandaluyong No Backride Policy
2. Related to #1 , change the title to "Unity Ride Against Shady Laws" or something similar
3. Information awareness towards the goal of the activity. Some members might be misinformed.

Kaning duha mao gyud ni ang stupid laws:

- Quezon City Plakavest
- Mandaluyong No Backride Policy

actually this is MRO-initiated and MRO originates in Luzon which is under SEC-registered MAP... nag himo lang tag Cebu Unit.. MRO is gaining nationwide support.. We have Davao, CDO, Bacolod, Pampanga, Ilocos who recently formed MRO units... basta dili member sa MRO Cebu facebook page (or dili himasa) nya mo join lang sa ride, tendency jud is ma mis-informed or have no idea of what we are fighting against.. as for the title, it's the same title we used from MRO main and I have no argument with it...

and by the way, as of this posting, MRO Cebu is just 10 days old so forgive us if we are not that fully prepared..

we are aiming for that sir.. i think, we all must be active in this.. hi tech naman ta and we can use social media para ma inform kitang tanan (not only riders) about things that we thought are right but not, either by purpose or being naive. but let's be realistic lang sad.. we can never totally change everyone's mindset and behavior... so help us.. start by joining our page..

nice idea.. although again, nindut if tanan mahimong "shooters" pero nindut sad if naa juy officials nuon..

then for the record sad, acting coordinator ra jud ko (although ako2x ra nang insistence kang Sir Jobert, MRO Chairman) pero maninguha me nga ig-abot sa among election kay maka nominate meg tarong ug ligdong jud nga leader..

di pa ko bagay mo gunit ug ing-ani nga role.. angay ra nis mga semi-retired or retired na ba nga dako na jud ug oras, resources ug connections.. wala ko jud anang tulo.. ordinaryo rakong motorista.. apektahan gud pangwarta nko..

bitaw nindut ug dapat tarong ang ma leader sa MRO labi na karon nga exponentially gaining in numbers ang groupo.. i hope mo join ta sa group and if naa moy pambato to be a really good leader sa MRO Cebu, apil mo sa umaabot nga election..

o pareha ra kay mao ni ako gusto ipasabot.

ang motor o eyeglass o unsa pa diha nga ato property naay mo apply nga law o policy inig gamit nato.

bisan pa unsaon na pa guapo imo computer o ka taas sa specs way mag-buot nimo pero gamiton na gani na naay mo apply nga law. mao ni ako pasabot nga pareha...

Tinuod.. Mas maayo jud unta naay proper IRR kung unsay Legal or Illegal nga modification. Bisag kani lang ang ma clarify sa LTO sulbad na ang kagubot.
