PLDT MyDSL vs. Globelines BroadBand

nagtawag ko sa pldt dis pm, reason nila sa ils intermitent lag is they are updating their lines daw para pakusgan na nila ila speed. hadlok na cguro sa pagsulod dri sa globe, im from davao btw.

Im using PLDT myDSL plan 999. ka apply palang nako noon march 1, 2006. tinood na mga bai na permi makalit og disconnect, especially pag naka stambay ka lang, like no activity ma kalit na disconnect.. its true too na bati ang DNS nila . may mga site na dili ma open. about sa customer service ok naman ,, mutubag naman dial this 172375 ..... im here in mabolo (near ZArroza international hotel) connection speed is 20KB to 45KB .. sometimes lang pag suwerte maka 50KB plus..

wala gyd koy problema sa akong connection, never had disconnection problems. highest uptime nako is about 65+ hours ( then restart sa PC one in a while ) or grabi lang gyud ko ka swerte sa akong connection...

bro ronan ang imo connection kay bag o nga equipment sa pldt nga IPDSLAM. Ma disconnect na siya kon wala ka activity.Na a na siya lease time, automatic ma disconnect ka sa authentication server kong ma detect sa system na wala ka activity, mo log in na pod ka og balik. Nya bridge ra pod ang modem configuration dili pwede ma router configuration. Unlike sa ila old DSLAM equipment nga PPPoe.

im using PLDT myDSL...

i cannot access www.ultimate-guitar.com, www.pcib.com and other sites.

naglibog ko coz my friend, using globe DSL can access the said websites at the same time that i cannot.

i have reviewed all the configurations of my mozilla and IE but nothing seems to be wrong.

i have previously read that some sites cannot be accessed using PLDT myDSL because of their DNS... how true is this?

or must there be something i missed in my browser configuraions? naglibog ko coz i can access other websites like yahoo... etc.
