stay at home unya mag press ug pillow against sa ako pus-on.
first day pa jud nko today and sakit jud kaayo. pero i have to be here sa office
nag sige lng ko inom ug hot tea karon
when i have menstrual cramps, i rest, i do "hot compress" too, i take pain relievers early in the pain cycle..i found out it's a lot effective than taking it when the pain is already severe.. days before my period, i avoid foods high in sugar, i exercise..and i don't get to experience menstryal cramps anymore at all..
i had severe attacks of dysmenorrhea before...the pain radiating from the top of my head upto the tip of my toes..i'm photosensitive(lights off please!!!), i apply hot compress on my lower abdomen, drink midol, and sleep the whole day
...but when i gave birth to my first child i realized that i don't experience dysmenorrhea attacks anymore
...but i'm not advising girls to get married or get themselves pregnant just to escape from those attacks maybe that was just a signal for me that it was time to bear a child afterall i was already 29 during that time...
