Reality: Wherever we work/ stay , there will always be antagonists and people such as them.We cannot keep walking away and looking for a better place and making sure everyone we work or stay with are to our preference. Its okay to stay away, or move ba kaha, but in the long run, we need to deal with it somehow.

Strength of character lang maam, like extended tolerance and minding our own business. If what they do already affects your right and effectivity (say at work) , then DOLE can do something about it. =)

i usually talk and try to resolve the issue. if that doesn't work, i'll keep my mouth shut and let it die down. i like ignoring people na arogante. it works like magic!
