AMD's incoming apu aka Kaveri will surely benefit most on DDR4. APU's are bandwidth hungry. No info as of this time though if it will support it at a later time given FM2+ boards are surfacing with DDR3 support only or DDR4 will be officially supported by Carizo, Kaveri's successor
