Martial arts? Just join any discipline that you think you can devout a serious part of your life. (Oras , Kwarta, Kahago ug kahasul). Then with time, the issue between what is martial ARTS and martial SPORTS will be clearer, kung naa gihapon ka sa imong art after all the years and sacrifice, kay ga andam ka para away.....goodluck. Kung naa gihapon ka ga praktis pero kabalo na ka na di na ka kinahanglang makig-away, ma-ayo na ka makig-angay sa katawhan ug katilingban, congratulations. Sus! layu-a na ani uy! hehehe.

For those interested in taekwondo, there's a new one in Minglanilla, sa Central. Schedule is Saturday 4:30-6pm and Sunday 10-11:30am.

This is good especially for kids to get into sports or for people who's interested in starting to train a string of different martial arts disciplines, TKD is one way to make one flexible and quick. And for those who want to be fit, pwede kaayo ni, sobra pa ni sa aerobics.hehe.

The nearest I know is the Doce Pares Gym at Banilad (Sto. Niño Village). Naa'y Eskrima/Arnis, Aikido, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, and Karatedo sa Doce Pares. Just check the schedules.
